The “My pack” section is for entrepreneurs with an activated contract.
A clearly defined contract
View what your pack includes, its total price, currency, any initial contribution, deadlines and payment schedule. Amounts and durations depend on your own contract.
Two ways to track payments
An overall progress indicator shows the amount paid and the total outstanding balance. A second indicator shows how much of the current instalment is covered and what remains to be paid.
Flexible payments within each period
Pay once or in several payments before the daily, weekly or monthly deadline. Confirmed payments cover the oldest outstanding instalments first, followed by current and future instalments.
Payment methods suited to your country
Card, integrated Mobile Money or wallet availability depends on the country. Cash handed to SOOBA is recorded by the authorised team, with a receipt and allocation to your pack.
Useful receipts and reminders
Find payment references, statuses and covered instalments. Pending payments remain separate; progress indicators update after confirmation. Reminders specify the amount and the deadline.
Tracking until the balance is paid
Overdue payments and amounts requiring settlement remain visible. Once the full price has been paid, the contract is marked “Paid in full” and payment requests stop.
